Hey, does anyone know at what level meditate do tka's get self heal?

Still on the run from the chicken, its just me against the chickens...

at box 2 or 3 you can heal your normal dmg already box 4 lets ya heal diseases and wounds.

Even a novice artisan heals his normal damage faster sitting down. Meditate doesn't speed up the healing of damage in any way.
