Is TKA good for PvE, if so what kind of template should I use?

Yes it's good. Use a template that lets you do what you like, nobody can tell you what is a "good" one and what isn't. Heck, TKM/Master Chef is a good template if you like chef.

As far as effectiveness I would definitly recommend master brawler. With it you can get lunge 2 unarmed and intimidate 2. The one will knock enemies down when they try to run from your grasp, you can also knock down as you run at an enemy to save a friend.

Intimidate 2, if I hear and know correctly, lowers the enemies damage done to you by like, 50% I think, and reduces the amount of times they can hit you.
