I always go for encumbrance sliced armor on all occasions. It just relieves the need to find buffs, I can get away with using food and drink.

Effectivenesson my armor for pvp and pve. If I'm worried about encumb and the mob is kinetic, thenI use ubese. But other than that I like high % base comp for everything.

Snce with doc in my template I dont have to worry about fighting unbuffed, I go for effect sliced armor.
PvP I go 40 stun and highest base I can get.... mine is about 87-90%.
PvE I just get a 80 kinetic / 80 energy / 70 base suit, and take whatever slices I get first try.

after plenty of slicing failures, I have two seperate sets of armor
one encumbrance sliced for my "everyday" chores (hunting and such)
and one effectivness sliced for PvP or High end PvE.

pve-if ur using 80 kinetic/energy armor get enc sliced.

same here...and just use janta hides to boost the kinetic resists...and NS shards in the stun pvp armor (so a little more experiementing in the resists)
