LoL, I logged into the new CU and found myself standing in my bright, shinny boxers. My Ubese armor had magically taken itself off to leave me in the buff,giving me goose bumps. To add insult to embarssement, I had no clothes since I normally wear Ubese. Marching off into the night while dodging house to house hoping not to be seen, I found a tailor vendor only to find nothing in the view window worked. After blindly buying several pairs of "pink outfits", I managed to get lucky enough to dress myself without looking like I were "clothing challenged" and got on my way. Thus began my first day of CU.

During my skivey outing, I was notified I couldn't move because of negative experience points. So I dropped some elite skills (that was stupid) so I could at least move and make my mad dash to the tailors. Doh!, I could have respeced and at least saved the points for something else, or maybe not. In that brief time of being "mentally challenged, I discovered that TK now requires two trees instead of one. Thinking I had picked up some nifty new skill as a result, I began searching that tree, and alas .. NOTHING! Several days later, I'm still asking myself what that change was supposed to accomplish.

Once dressed and ready for combat I found that almost nothing could hit me. This was GOOD, especially since I could no longer wear armor. Sadly, many of my pervious nifty moves went to the same place as my Ubese armor. Now my well dressed toon simply stands there and bitc* slaps his enemies to death. A bit boring to say the least, not to mention getting 1xp for kills that at least used to generate somethingtowards FS points. I've also noticed finding a worthy enemy so I can get some XP is something of an adventure within itself. Not to mention the armor mitigation I get as a ranger is absolutely worthelss when all you can put between yourself and being dinner, is a fine pair of pink boots.

But all in all, I'm enjoying the CU changes. Mostly because while sleeping, I must have purchased a brand new game that looks somewhat familiar to one I used to play. Now, I must spend the next few hours trying to explain all of the changes to my 6 and 9 year olds, both of which fired up their new games and sat there with puzzled expressions on their faces. BTW, they were in the underware too!

Ditto. Luckily though I had Logged out the night before whilst in my Tatooine house so I had some privacy. Luckily also I have Artisan skills so I was able to make some cas shoes, a shirt and a pair of pants - tho I noticed that wearing Cas shoes and trousers at same time results in you looking like you arewearing 3/4 lengths (or is that because my character is tall?). Good thing I had a pair of boots in my safety deposit box
