Thanks go to Metteec for this testing. If his numbers hold true, then this is not a *devastating* blow. While it hurts, I do not think overall tactics change dramatically. IMHO it does not fundamentally change the class to the degree that many are concerned that it will, though only time can tell (though this is a separate conversation being held in many forms now).

To all those stating "OMFG it costs 430 NOW!!!" ... please provide a source for the stated 430 point cost.
