In earlier SWG news today, droves of Jedi have hired young children with CDEF pistols to follow them at all times and kill off the Teras Kasi. This move comes on the announcement of the SOE powers that be thatany Novice Marksmanwith a cheap pistolshould be able to take down a "knife fighter"even if that individual is supposed to be strong enough to keep a Jedi in check.Due to the whining of others, and the SOE attitude that the TK profession should be a bunch of puss bags that like to role play, this seems to be a perfectly executed move by the Jedi Council.

In other news, wide spread Teras Kasideaths have been popping up all over the galaxy. Investigators are still trying to determine if these aredepressed suicide attempts or results of thenew patch.

Looks like I will be taking a break from TK Master for awhile. I may try to level up to Fishing 4. I've heard that doesn't have near the HAM costs as knockdown...

Well i was all for the nerf, as long as they didn't over do it. Well in typical SOE fashion they made my fear a reality. Thanks for this post in spite of everything I am still wiping the tears from my eyes (both from crying and laughing my ass off)

I can't believe that there hasn't been any clarification on this huge nerf. Is there no way for T-Wulf to contact anyone and get a response to find out if this is just how it is going to be or if something is bugged? First the sarcastic responses to our serious issues (not pistol twirling), and now we just get the quiet cold shoulder? Maybe they are too busy fixing their patch blow ups and unexpected server shut downs...

I hope that George Lucas is as disappointed in this game as we are. I bet SOE would listen up if he brought the pimp hand down on 'em. Remember this is the guy who wouldn'tlet a theater show his movies without the proper Audio/Visual technology...

Thank you very much Scuddbacca for the laugh - I needed it after spending more time waking up in the cloning facility last night than killing nunas. It's sad to say, but I don't think Teras Kasi is in GL's vision of Star Wars - rumors I hear are that he pretty much ignores everything not SW canon. If it didn't exist in his brain and someone else created it to flesh out the SW:EU, George pretty much discounts it's plausability is the rumor I read somewhere...

Krellian's #1 SWG rule for Jedi:

This game is SWG - it is NOT Return of the Jedi, You are not Darth Vader and you are not Luke Skywalker... you see someone you don't know personally - run, run like all the demons from hell have been unleashed on your gimp a$$!!

LOL! I just had the CAPS key on trying to type in my password and it said username and password invalid. I was thinking they had just deleted all the melee classes right off the forums and out of the game!

In response to above, I am quite upset about what they have done to the TK profession. The problem is that whomever is in charge will fix/confirm this whenever they get around to it, and that's that. After spending the time and effort of achieving master, I definitely want something done. I figured alight hearted post might break some of the tension/frustration that we are all feeling.
