I think more information is needed on your playing circumstances. For myself I am a Doctor 0 2 3 0 which allows me to use Enhance D medpaks for the best buffing possible. With this fact in mind I have ( Human ):

700 Health
450 Constitution
450 Strength

800 Action
450 Quickness
450 Stamina

1100 Mind
600 Willpower
600 Focus

As you can see I've maxed my mind statistics because that is the most difficult to buff ( at the moment ). When I'm fully buffed I am typically:

2500+Health
2000+Constitution
2000+Strength

2500+Action
2000+Quickness
2000+Stamina

1100 Mind
600 Willpower
600 Focus

Hence I have little problem equipping even high encumbrance armour.

If you have little or no access to buffs and decide touse armour you would obviously need to balance your stats more.

As I said at the top, more information is needed.

What is the best stat configuration for TKA?

As of right now, I have no stat buffing capabilities... I was hoping to do TKM and CH... So are you saying that it is best to be pretty much even in all stats if i cant buff?
