One of the biggest changes in this update was the correct implementation of defense vs status/posture modifiers. TKA's receive(instead of protection) combat equilibrium. After quite a bit of testing, I have found that this is STILL not working, and from that we can conclude that we have been unsuprisingly forgotten.
