I would like to work up the pistoleer tree and get trickshot...not only does it help me with runing mobs and runing players it also adds some cool bonuses like kd defense and dizzy defense..but then of course if i do get that i wont have medic anymore..plz someone tell me what i should do hehe or help guide my decision.

I kept Novice Medic and Ive found the ability to use Stim-B's priceless.
With Creatures, I would think you would want to be able to heal them as well.
Do you have to have medic skill to heal creatures?

Im a TKM/Master Ranger/Novice Medic. The last time I got knocked down was the
time an At-St removed my head with 1 shot. Hard to stand without a head

FYI

Pet stims DO NOT require ANY medical skills to use.

Novice Medic and stim-b's are invaluable.

With the exception of crafting professions I don't see how I could ever effectively give novice medic up and the ability to use stim-b's... I'd never be able to really use specials without them...

You could get Smuggler Dirty Fighting 4. A good FWG5 pistol and the DF skills will make you a decent pistol fighter (not a pistoleer, but you're a TKM by that point, right?) as well as give you Feign Death. Feign death is a wonderful skill. Can't take something out? Bleed it and feign. they'll take damage, you'll stay alive, and when the bleed runs out you do it again. Fun stuff. Won't be a lot of stuff you can't kill, of course, except dragons... but hey, what are ya gonna do?

I'm a MCH/TKA as you're hoping to be, and I've found that the best thing to accompany those skills is medical knowledge. I haven't given up all of the skills to get the points yet, but I would suggest the following:

Since you have to have two full branches of Scouting skill anyway, you might as well choose to start as a BE. I know that's stupid sounding, but here's the idea. You're going to want Novice Medic... Period. Now, if you move up the Organic Chem Tree. That way, you can make some really nice Stims for yourself.

Now, onto your pets. They need stims too. And if you don't want to spend loads of cash on them, you'll have to make them yourself. Take Novice BE and go straight up the Tissue Engineering Tree. Not only will you be able to make and sell Tissues, but you'll be able to make (with some degree of success) Pet Stim B's. Granted, you won't be able to make uber ones like MBE's can, but they're cheap if you make them yourself. I used the Character Builder on Allakhazam.com and I found that it's possible (using every last skill point you have, pretty much) to get to these levels:

Scout 4/0/4/0
Brawler 4/0/0/0
Medic 0/0/0/4
--------------
CH Master
TKA Master
BE 0/4/0/0 (Note that if you want slightly better stims and not as many tissues, you can opt for 0/2/0/1, so you can experiment with your stims more)

Sadly, this prevents you from going after ANY other skill set, so you won't be happy when the holocrons start rolling in. But, you will be a moderately self-sufficient character with a decent source of income (selling creature mounts, tissue components, People Stims, and Pet Stims).

This is the skill set I'm going for personally. I'm close, but not quite there... I hope this helps out some.

Why would you care about pet stims if you can use the normal type? You can use those on pets also. I hate creature handlers, but hey, if their pets are useful to me I heal them. With regular stims.
