I read that it was bugged in the teras kasi report done by our correspondant.

I got unarmed combo I last night and it's much better than unarmed hit II. I got unarmed combo II too but i didn't get around testing it.

So how are these attacks bugged?

Unarmed combot 2 reports 1 damage in the combat window no matter how much actual damage is done. It's a general bug with any attacks that hit all 3 pools.

unarmed combo is better than uh2? hmm... why would you want to spread your damage over all 3 pools?

I'm slightly hijacking, but it's combo2 related. I don't know why you would want to spread your damage over all the pools, but it looks pretty darn neat if you:

/unarmedcombo2;

/pause 2;

/unarmedknockdown2;

/pause 2;

/unarmedleghit1

Makes you do the combo2 move (sweet-looking) and since the animation is long and bleeds into the next, you'll actually KD2 them once you do the nice footsweep at the end (looks great). Than once they're down, you'll do a jumping *squish'm* stomp on top of their chest once they're down. Looks terrific, I use the combo2/kd2 macro in duels from time to time for that "wow" factor from observers.

Sorry for hijacking.

Yeah, there's the problem with UC2 only reporting 1 point of damage, but the main thing wrong with the combo moves is that their "special" effect is that they have the ability to hit multiple pools. However, what we want is to hit one single pool multiple times. So many of us feel that the skill is counterproductive.

At master level, we'd like the combo skills to be an effective option. The grind in this game is so short that if UC 2 is only good for a few boxes until you get the next skill, then it's kind of a waste. The challenge is to find a niche for the combo skills to fill that provides immediate, differentiated, and long-lasting combat benefits.
