nah they werent master brawlers, but serioulsy though, just think about it, in real life can you really hit from 34m i mean 10m is fine, that makes a bit more sense but 34m like common

10 meters isn't fine either, it's almost 33 feet. 64 meters (209+ feet) is out of accuracy for all but the best marksmen with a pistol, and that's for a stationary target.

But this is a game.

Want to have some fun? Get one of those cheap laser pointers and try to hit a standard sheet of paper with it from 20 feet away. Don't press the button to turn on the pointer until you have it where you think it will hit the paper. Then turn it on and have a friend note where the beam of light first hit. It will take quite a bit of practice to hit the paper from 20 feet away. And that is about 6 meters.

That's why this is a game.

This is a kludge that was introduced to fix some problems hitting things due to network latency. The problem before was the incredible frequency at which we wouldn't be able to hit something we were 0-3m away from. The distance shown is calculated on your client - the server may have a *very* different idea about that distance.

So now, if there's some favorable network latency (you're closer on the serverthan it says you are on the client), with the range kludge, a melee can hit things that are shown as pretty far away on the client. This isn't the solution we wanted either, but it was better than nothing (for us).

If you're not happy, feel free to try to get them to fix or improvethe network latency issue. Good luck with that.

Ah, 10 out of 10 at 50 feet. But then again I placed 7th at the national high power championships in the1000 yardcategory several years ago, and held 2 state championships. Hmmmm, maybe that's why I like TK so much.

Lol. How long did it take you to get that good? 1k yards is a good distance, over half a mile, that's quite a talent.

I'm lucky to set a series in the black at 250 with a light load.

Too many people see guns in movies and think they can bust into a club with their 9'er held sidewise and bust a cap into everyone they want without aiming. Movies and games have that in common, but the really skilled marksmen spend hours and hours at therange just to make high probability shots in competition, or if they are soldiers or marines, in life or death situations.

Why is it that a TKA can hit me from 34m away, i mean how long are theyre arms lol. Im a TKA/BH and i was just dueling some master TKA and i was using my scatter pistol. I told the person that im going to duel them from 20m away and I started running around then she KD'd me from 20m away, i later tried it again and i got KD'd from 30m away that makes no sense whatsoever. Now i don't know why the devs would give them such a huge range. Thats all i wanted to say.

You usually trip and fall down, hit your head and incap yourself. Hitting something is not always important, however, the delay caused while they duck when they hear the shots is important.

You always try to have apartner and play leap frog. One covering while the other retreats. Switch and repeat until safe or out of ammo.

I shot competitively for just over 25 years, not counting military service. Qualified for the Olympic trials twice. Could not afford the trip once anddid not make the cut on the other.
