Thread: TKAs and cloning
I don't buy insurance though because I don't wear armor.
I never clone, i have armor but when i wear it i just pull it out of my adv probot.
i don't ensure either
Now that there are player cities with cloning centers isn't it a good idea to store your clone in a friendly city so you don't die and end up cloning in a hostile city.

I don't clone. Cloning has made it much harder for Docs to get XP. Support the healing proffession...don't clone..![]()

Im curious, Do you guys with meditation 4 bother to clone anymore or do you just insure and if you die then meditate for a few minutes?
why would we not clone, we take up to 200 bf each time we die when we are not cloned, and if you didnt notice BF for melee is HORRIBLE.
we depend on our speed to get the job done, if we dont have it and have delays we are utterly screwed, we have no option to kite and run around
so ya we clone like everyone else.
although i refuse to insure my stuff.
its down to 0/1000 all of it, and it hasn't fallen off me yet, and if it does, oh well, i still wont insure, or buy new items from crafters.
my sages hood and me have been through alot together, i can't possibly get rid of him.
he is my binki
Actually we could ask smugglers that question. Force of will works nothing like feign death. Unlike smugglers we don't stay on the floor. We stand right back up. Sometimes with 100-200 less maximum HAM, low (but at least equalized) ham scores, and battle fatigue. Plus there is a 1 hour reuse time.
It can be a lifesaver. Howeverit is also a gamble depending on how many targets are near you and are currently aggressive towards you. Hitting force of willaround too many baddies onlymakes you stand up faster so you can hit the ground a second time. Yet you'll have more battle fatigue than you would have had if youjust took the clone express in the first place. In short we can't just lay there and let our hams regen. We have to stand back up into the fight and take our chances.
