basically, im still new, but been playing a while now..

now attempting Unarmed IV (unfathomably dull).. started on corellia and missions seem far far far too noddy.. ok i get 1k for each, but they're really easy (not boasting).. went to yavin 4 i think (mining outpost) and got absolutely hammered quite a few times..

are there any intermediate planets?? can anyone order them in rough difficulty order? i've only been to two planets so far.. am i missing out on much?

Talus is sort of intermediate.

I found Marmiens ( something like that) on Yavin to be pretty good for unarmed xp...though I kinda SHOT them, and then got the unar,ed off the lair DOing Teras Kasi and Pistoleer at the same time...Though pistoleer is termporary til I get further into teras, then I'll add more medic...hrmm...is TKM/Medic a pretty good idea?

Talus and rori are "starter" planets but a bit more difficult than corellia naboo or tatooine.

In order IMO the level of difficulty is as follows

Corellia

Naboo

Tatooine

Talus

Rori

Dantooine/Yavin

Endor/Lok

Dathomir

It's really kinda hard to say since the spawn rates of the planets have been so nerfed. Talus is a good place to go but it's a ghost planet. It USED to be teeming with mid level wildlife that would give you the challenge you needed while not just killing you outright. Now you can run around and not see a thing.
