So I took the screenshot and opened an account on the imagedump website :

Hope the link above works... So as said in the title this was on TC like a few minutes before it was brought down (half an hour ago) for some maintenance...

Tell me what you understand about the feet of this Trandoshan...

Looks like a bug to me. NPCs are generally assigned random clothes. This Trando got boots. you can see the ankles and toes sticking out, so I doubt that this is some new kind of shoes for a Trando.

Well yes, that's what I thought too, after looking closely... Because the boot model is kinda merged into the foot which is oversized compared to it, but at first I really thought it was some kind of feet weapons muck like VKs but for kicking instead and I wanted other people views of it... I'm still not sure either ways, but I lean towards the bug unfortunately...
