Are high speed motors worth getting? Do they really improve VKs? If so, how? And what should i look for in a motor?

I have a damage motor VK with 204 max damage I think (is sliced just FYI). It's 240 with a powerup @ 2.2 speed.

I'm getting a couple more made. Very nice little VK's.

Where do you loot them? I must have killed 200 Nym's guards and didn't loot a single thing.

Can you loot them from any other mobs?

I think Nym's droidekas...

Can't be too sure as I have only looted them from Nym's Elite Guards...
