armour mitigation doesnt effect teras kasi as the innate armour has no hinderance.

when u learn the novice box of any other elite combat prof u get certified for one kind of armour, for example as novice swordman u can wear battle armour. but u start with heavy reductions on movement, accuracy and combat speed. some skillboxes give u armour mitigation - like Movement Mitigation. so usualy at master level your mitigations are high enough to wear the armour without hinderance.

another mitigation u find is in foods like synthsteak. this mitigation is a damage reduction mod.
