I haven't doged counterattacked, or blocked anything since patch... what is up can we get an answer on this.

ALso if you have block counter or dodge from another skill tree please dont' contribute to this thread i'm looking at people like me who only have these skills from tka to answer weather or not its working because as far as i can tell its not.

As a result of Def acuitys being broke COB doesn't work either

The answer is that neither of these do anything at all.

correction: neither of these do anything for tk. the defensive mods that pike, fencer, and sword get (block, dodge, counter) all work and cob works just fine for them. it's just our special defense mod and cob that don't work. hopefully, this will be fixed ''soon''

CoB does work as intended, unfortunately since TKs don't have any definable mods(dodge, block, counter, evade), we are not getting any benifits from this. We need specific defensive mods, for CoB to work correctly.

The scope of discussions on the Teras Kasi board is limited to Teras Kasi, thus my answer is correct, they both do nothing.

I have Block 80 from a different profession in addition to TK and i have not seen Defensive acuity do anything at all. It does not increase the chance to block, as I have not blocked since the patch. Additionally, COB does not seem to have any effect either. It appears that the defensive modifiers with the exception of ranged and melee defense are broken and need to be fixed.

Ranged and melee defense on the other hand work fine and are great.
