You also might want to check out Huurton Stalkers on Dantooine. 4400 xp perstalker and 10,000$ per mission.

get to master ch first, get 1 rancor,1 sludge panther, and a 3rd pet (mount) join the Empire. Then do Large rebel base missions and send the pet in to tank you can get up to 4k unarmedexp off of rebel generals and other ones you also get good fp and cash as well I have been doing this for about a week and a half and I got like 30000 fp and need 3 more boxes in the meditation line till master tka.

is this a serious post?

since when was there a prize given for mastering an elite skill faster than someone else? or for grinding faction missions? sure, the best way to 'win' this game seems to be: go imperial, get an AT-ST or three, and let them do all the work for you... but that's not much of a GAME.

a GOOD way to master ANY skill is to PLAY the game. I'm tired seeing people AFK and macro their way through professions. I'm tired of exploiters bragging about how far they've cheated, and how SOE can't touch them. EARN the skills, please.

today, in moenia, someone told me 'I'm novice CH but I can't use pets and I can't tame pets.' they weren't novice CH, they were QUAL'd for it. I told them they could only be trained by an NPC, then I told them that there was an NPC in kaadara. they asked me... 'what planet is that?'

is THIS player ready for an elite profession?

the best advice I can give (and I'm not a master TKA yet) is to try to enjoy the game. once you max out a character, the lack of content gets pretty depressing. I've already got a master CH on another server. I don't need another, thanks. the reason I started a new character, on a new server, is because I don't want to throw away the work I've put in to one character... but I can't do much that's 'fun' with that character, since the top end of the game is dead.

and if you're saving the meditation line for last... well, I guess that show where your priorities of play are.

I would have to say i understand the original poster on this one....

The way the Dev's put in Holocrons and the Path to Jedi Requiring mastering multiple random professions....There are times you just want to get to master as fast as possible and get it over with.

If one of my Holo's Come up and say Dancer, [Insert crafting profession here], or squad leader You certainly bet i am Gonna Look for the fastest way possible threw them. Why? Because if i get a holo i don't want to play an Architect (don't understand how building houses is gonna make me more sensitive to the force)...I wanna play the Jedi, Right? And the same could be said for the Craftingand **edit** types, They probably don't want to play as a TKS, they wanna try outRoleplaying a Jedi.

I wouldn't read too much into that...The Qualifications for CH (alot of advanced professions)are pretty **edit** easy, He could easily still be a "New" powergamer And about the City.....Hehe Well, if you asked me about half the cities on Coronet(never liked the planet...hate traveling threw it...)i would probably give a similar responce..."What planet is that on? "

If somonehas Master CH then they should use it to thier advantage...There's no reason to Dumb down the game Because it is "Easier" if you use certain tactics over other Generaly accepted ones

since when was there a prize given for mastering an elite skill faster than someone else? or for grinding faction missions?

....FS Charicter slot it seems.....I Don't like it either

I Suggest Everyone Just play the game how they like...If you Like Being a master **edit** Doctor then go for it IF you like playing as a Martial arts master with a Bunch of Pets, Go for it ....Just have Fun, Thats why We're all here....People keep wanting to turn these games into part time jobs

I totally agree. When was going up the carbineer tree, all I did was grind grind grind. Most of the time I wasn't even having fun. When I DID have fun, it was usually in groups while hunting, NOT doing missions..

So, I mastered carbineer... then got BORED. PIcked up some artisan, played around.. still bored.. So, I figured i'd try a new combat style.. I got TKA, and shockingly, i'm having LOTS Of fun with it. I'm taking my time, because I know that when I hit master, even though i'll be way better, I will probably start looking for something new..

As for using pets.. It just never felt right to me.. I don't roleplay, but I do like to keep my character in a more realistic fashion. And I don't really see why my character would have a pet, he's a martial artists.

Everyone knows my take on the CH thing.

No **edit** you can master it quick with CH, you can master ANYTHING quick with CH.

Want some GOOD advice on TK?

Huurton Stalkers. They're do-able without armor and without buffs but with serious downtime. A normal ste of composite will allow you to easily take the two huurtons with some downtime (less if you use intim/warcry/stun/blind) Armor + Buffs will allow you to make around 150-200k XP an hour easy (I DID that its not speculation)

I wouldnt suggest this leveling strat until Master Power Tech though it might be possible without it but its quite risky. Huurtons insta-slay on incap so watch out.

IF you want something SAFE but LONG, Piket Longhorns, the only one that bafs is the Piket Longhorn itself the females do not. And they NEVER db. I tried forcing them to db me and they wouldn't. They just take forever to kill and are quite hard.

I find pikets easier than Huurtons.
Just knockdown/warcry/intim/UH2 spam...

This might be a good way to obtain the Master title, but in reality you will be Master of nothing; uselss in battle.
