I'm a master Teras Kasi, have been since the holocrons told me to be one, personally, i'll never go back to being ranged only fighter, might pick up pistol to compliment TKA tho..

Anyhow. Just thought i'd share my favorite kill.


I was an overt Imperial, going to dantooine, so i go through Kor Vella, as its usualy safe.

Loading screen... Progress bar... Combat music starts... Combat music ends...

GreatI think, i'm dead now..

I load in, I see 2 rebels standing over me, only, i'm just incapped. So I decide, i'll take a chance...

Itarget the closest one, /force myself up, and stim myself, use a KD/Dizzy on him, then slam him while he's down, he had no armor, so he incaped quick, turned to the other, threw a couple specials into him, which drained his pools, and mine, so we were reduced to straight non-special punches, lasted a couple seconds, I won,I then proceeded to DB each of them, and continue on getting my ticket

One of them (the one who incapped me) Sent me a tell whining "I never DB'd you just because you were loading" hahaha, I replyed "Maybe you shouldn't have shot me then, becauseI was loading"..

I then told him to enjoy the decay. and continued my trip..

BTW could more of you post your favorite kills as TKA, i'd love to read them, and it might give us ideas on new tactics to use

Yeah, I am a Rebel and even I can say you did the right thing.....I mean ok, he didnt DB you but what would they have done after you got back up fron the incapp? Answer me that!

I can tell you.....Incapped you again straaight away and then DB'd you......I know cause I have done it to many Imps.

I incap them while in load...then when they get up and attack me...well you know the rest.

Way i figure if you stupid enough to travel overt you take the risk of load killing. And its al your fault. Personlly i woulda shot ya and db'ed ya cause i take every advantage i can take, and there is no way i will let ya take the first shot just cause ya gotta load.

only cowards attack you while you are loading plain and simple. You can say that its a good tactic or that its our fault for flying to another planet, but in the end, if u had confidence in your PVP skills then you would have no problem waiting till the player fuly loaded in and then attacked.

well not that i have anything to add about killing people during load. but a few weeks ago when i was still a rebel, i got attacked by a tkm and his gurreck. i had my powerhammer out (was master 2hand and tkm at time) of course i died i was the only overt, then i chased after him after cloning again with the **edit** ph i put a nice mind bleed to slow him down haha right i died again, then i was pissed, i switched to vk's ran out and fought them both simultaneously and db'd him first then incapped the gurreck. he didn't come back. sorry nimrod.

Good to see some rebels with honor

It has never happened to me, since I RARELY travel overt. If someone camps starports to load kill someone, you KNOW they are a coward. May the first Dark Jedi of the game strike them down.

Heh something similar happened to me in Mos Entha.

There was an overt Imperial standing in front of me when I loaded in. He said something in french (could have been "hello" for all I know) and started counting down. Pretty soon I'm KD'd on my back getting hit with Spitting Rawls. I get up and get lucky as my KD sticks with dizzy, so throw on a quick heal and a few Nexu Grins later I'm back on my way to Anchorhead. Least he had the honor not to attack until I was in game.

Haha, I think Exiled's is the best. That puts a whole new spin on load-killing.

If you are overt and anenemy overt is loading next to you, you are stupid if you let him load. PvP is often decided by the first hit. If you give someone else the first hit on purpose, you are not very good at PvP. You kill them while they load because they would do the same to you if the roles were reversed. In war, there is no mercy. It's not cowardice to kill an enemy when he has his pants down. He is still your enemy. This is no honorable duel. This is war.

I'm laughing my ass off. I don't care how you decide to paint it. If you attack a char while they're loading, there are two situations:

1.Said person isa coward
2. You lack confidence in your own abilities in PvP (why else would one camp in a starport?Look at #1).
3. No sense of honor (oh my, what is that?).

My $.02.

If I'm overt and doing a simple lair mission and a group of overts attack me, that's a different story. I had it coming.

I actively hunt down load campers. Today in coronet two friends were killed while loading by a pack of rebels. Sent me a /tell and I solved the problem. Next time you decide to camp Coronet starport make sure you camp the shuttles too. As was stated above, fights gonna be a little different when the other person can shoot back.
