Thread: How much should I pay for a good set of 70% kinetic armor?
I hear you guys talking about 70% or so kinetic armor. Well how much is it going for on your server or how much did you pay for yours? I'm on Sunrunner but I'm at work so I can't look up any prices.
Usually I don't use armor but I've been soloing a lot lately so I need to gain any advantage I can and even with buffs, muon, andpixies it's still tuff out there on the outer planets.
I got a full set of 70% low ham advanced ubese for 100k. I coul put it all on with out a sile or buffs, nice stuff.

Yeah, but in PvP 50% and 70% are a big difference when fighting a melee type person.

Maybe your server is unusual but in PVP I'm seldom solo'ing a melee type person, which means you're usually taking fire from pistoleers and others. Which means I'd be stupid to wear anything less then adv comp in a PVP battle.

It's big in PvE as well. 70% is actually a 40% damage reduction over 50%, so in effect, the 70% suit allows you to tank 67% longer. This makes a big difference when fighting larger mobs.
Of course the 90% sliced suit allows you to tank 3 times as long as the 70% suit...
