Just wondering if you have heard anything about when they are goin to fix our COB for TK, havent heard anything about it in awhile.

Yeah where is Mr Heavy these days? I think with CoB fixed and making the unarmedCombo1/2 worthwhile to use, or replaced with something else altogether, TKA will be pretty close to perfection. PVP"kiting" is a seperate issue that I will address in a new post. Please see that post for my ideas \ tactics.
