Well, it depends on if this is a Trando you're talking about or not. They get a bonus.

Is this with SEAs or what?? I don't think you can CAP damage. You just get better with better VKs and SEAs...If you did cap it, it would be hard to tell!

Not sure if there is a cap, but the skill tree grants +250 to Unarmed Damage, and Trandoshans get a bonus on top of that I believe.

250 is max accumulated skill mod at TKm. Base dmg range from skill alone is 390-405 at TKm.

Bottom line answer... No there is no cap.
Actually there are no skill caps at all, with two exceptions. First, the total bonus you can get to a single skill from clothing/armor pluses is 25. Second, there is a cap of 125 for the following defense skills: melee defense, ranged defense, dodge, counter-attack, and block. Any other skill can go as high as you can get points for it.

There is no cap on the unarmed damage,but finding the skill tapes is exceedingly hard and sometimes very expensive
