Im having a hard time finding out if the three skills mentioned in the threads name actually worth with all weapons. Everyone has a different answer and it seems to be a matter of some contention, can anyone clear this up for me?

Also I was wondering if this would be a decent template

counterattack only works with2h weaponsand carbines

dodge only works with pistols and 1h weapons

block only works with rifles and polearms

none of them stack with tk
