seems to me to be a possibility..i was neck and neck with one today.. with lightsabre resistantance... and possibly some skill attachments... it seems very possible.....any thoughts?

Lightsaber resists? dang boy what kind of armor do you have on? I want some too!! I think the devs said something about how no armor actually had lightsaber resists. /shrug i dunno maybe im wrong. If you do beat one post how u did it with tips and stuff.

that is very possible I'm a TKM/rifleman(rifleman only give melee/ranged defence) and I can solo jedies.. just give them states non stop... but the fact is that when youre only 1 person, the jedi can always run off, but if youre only friendly dueling they most likely wont... but i would say that TKM is the best profession vs a jedi!
but no profession can solo a jedi to death unless the jedi dont like to force run, but 2 people can... cause when youre one person the jedi can heal states, get up and force run before you can do anything, with 2 persons he cant do this(if the 2 persons know what to do).. when youre fighting a jedi 2 on 1 you should always get him down to the ground and from there you should only dizzy all the time, nothing else, this is because a jedi can heal dizzy but he will be lieing on the ground for one second after he removed it (like a short kd). with one person you cant dizzy him more then once per second(so this will give him the chance to stand up) but with 2 persons you can dizzy him 2 times a second and he wont be able to stand up... final result will be jedi toast... Ive tried this alot and it was working on a"dark jedi enforcer".
to the lightsaber resistance armor... on my server (ahazi) most Personal shield generators got this defence...

swordsman do really well against jedi also. Basicly any melee profession can take on a jedi but tk and swordsman seem to have the best chance against them.

ive seem fencers hold there own, simply because of defences, jedi have a hard tim hitting them

I remember hearing somewhere that tantel had some kind of LS resist, might just have been that glitch of rmor displaying LS resists but it might be true

Swordsman are in my opinion the jedi killers epecially when stacked with either the pistoleer defense line ( learned this because i was lazy and it turned out really well over +100 to stun 
) force run is the only problem. Swords match teh lightsaber in pvp damage on an unarmored opponent and counterattack works well as a dodge also.

yes, when i stun, intimidiate a jedi he dont do dammage to me
so a TKM can solo a jedi unless he run! (forcerun)

Jedi look on these forums most likely. Please do not give them ideas that they are not invulnerable. They cannot accept that. Even with how powerful they are, they are still trying to get melee nerfed as we speak.

according to the devs (i dont have link or qoute this is just what i remember reading) PSG (personal shield generators) are the only type of armor that are suppose to have lightsaber resistance. Still if you slap ona intimidate and stun as well as any other state effects on them they do just around the same dmg as a reguler profession. Asa TKM keep them knockdown and thats even better ^^.

Regardless of psg's, we are talking about the profession. Tkm's have the highest toughness rating in the game. Assuming every prof type wore an LS resist psg when facing a jedi, tka would take the least dmg, while still doing awesome dmg with awesome accuracy and speed.
