I did search the forum for this before posting, but the best I found was a tentative answer.

Does battle fatigue do anything else besides affecting the efficacy of medic wound heals? Case in point: if I have master meditation and can heal all of my own wounds but not my battle fatigue, I'll eventually be running around with quite a bit of BF (unless I visit an entertainer, of course). Will I notice at all or can I just forget about BF once I get to master meditation?

BF doesn't make a difference with wound healing, but that does not mean you can just forget about BF. If you die and aren't cloned, you get much higher wounds. also, BF controls how fast medics can heal you, so stims wont work as well.

So, while BF isn't that important, dont forget it entirely.
