Teras Kasi Archive

Your on a battlefield, proudly displaying your Teras Kasi title, showing off your killer ninja-like suit, and brandishing your shiny VKs. Someone see this highly skilled master in unarmed combat, they think to themselves "KOCKDOWN SPAMMER!!" So they knock you down. And again. And again. I know this has happened to me. I got sick of it. Here's what I did:

1) Go rid of that Teras Kasi title and replacedit with somehting less obvious, like Novice Scout

2) Got rid of my awesome ninja suit and bought some newbie clothes. I went for the paramilitary cargos, and bone armor.

3) Bought a CDEF Carbine.

So now instead of looking like a killer on the battlefield, i look like a harmless newbie. This is where the fun comes in. Find someone you wanna kill. I prefer Bounty Hunters, since they think they are king poop of terd town. Take some potshots with your bad rifle and run towards them. I dont know about you, but im not gonna waste ham on a guy RUNNING with a CDEF rifle. They probally wont either. Run towards them, screaming newbie stuff, you gotta act like those punks from counter strike. Use the retarded words like "l337" and "ub3r". Dont forget to sub numbers for letters when possible. Nothing says newbie like bad spelling. This unsuspecting BH will likely stand still knowing the closer you get with that rifle, the less you hurt him. So you are in melee range. BAM unequip the rifle, knock him down, and put on your VK and whoop him like you momma showed ya!! Then when he is dead, send him a /tell asking him what it feels like for a spoiled profession to get beat by the most nerfed profession. Lather, rinse, gloat, and repeat.

This may not work ALL the time, but it has worked for more then once. I really noticed the difference from when i looked killer from when i looked like a newbie. not as many people wanna waste their time on a newbie.

By "ninja suit" do you mean those form fitting sneak suits? Or is there actually a "Ninja" costume in the game?

I use the title Novice Brawler. That implies that I'm an unskilled fighter with no ranged capabilities.

By ninja suit, I mean what ever makes you feel like a butt kicking ninja. Whether it be a skin tight speedo jumpsuit, or the default under-shirt/pants.

I've also found out that tweaking your height is a good way to go. Before I was large and clumsy, so I found a Image designer and went midget-style. Now I'm a midget smurf on speed performing "mah |33t skillz ub3r niNJA skillz0r loloz!!"...uhm, yeah.

I've also started another evil thing in game. Whenever I see a Novice Pistoleer or something like that, I check his clothes. If he still use the newbie ones there is a strong possibility that he's a...well, uh..newbie who have just went rambo on those poor kreetles for a week.

Equip your Knucklers and do Unarmed Hit 3 on a creature or a lair (NOTE: remember to use Novice Brawler as title). Of course when they see the 1400 damage pop up, they go like "wow omfg lol u |33t d00d, what gun j0 got???", then you go like "omfg i know. but here's the tricker, surrender your pistol skills and train novice brawler. atmaster unarmed you get this attack and you can r0xx0r all b0xx0rz!!".

Of course you're laughing knowing that he will be doing 40 damage all the way up to master unarmed...and continue to do so MUAHAHA.

Ok...on a pvp battlefield...and this BH didn't have faction pets and bots? lol

Sad...frankly, this tactic would never work on anyone who knows anything on pvping. I always have my 2 at-st's, bot and pet guarding me. Moment someone 'fires' it's "attack". And anyone in a pvp battlefield without pets is just asking to be killed.
