Hello my fellow MTK's,

The time has come for our class to blessed wtih a stun damage KNUCKLER. I know it's been mentioned in the past but with 90% kenetic being sold for 200k a set our class is really in trouble. Whenever Im dueling a fencer he's hitting me for 400+ damage with a stun baton. I can understand why they nerfed the Dizzy KD but we need somthing in return. TK is worthless in PVP, most people have 70 to 90 kinetic armor. We need somthing, a poisin Dot knuckler or anything that will actually do damage to a seasoned player.

You must really be on crack. The last thing we need is stun damage. If we ever got it the trade off would be that our current abilities would be nerfed into non-existence. Yes it is hard to beat an armored opponent in a duel but I have done so and seen many others do so too. It is about using your whole range of abilities not just UA3. We are NOT in need of, nor will we get STUN. We should just be happy with Heat. And eventually maybe we could get cold or something but definately NOT STUN!!!

The nerf would be insane... It would be the end of the defenses we have as well as meditate..


The only reason why fencer has it, is because of their low damage...


Come on mate... We all know that armor is overpowered.. Esspecialy compsite!


Besides, the new razor vks are coming soon... Heat might not be the best, but it's better than kintic, that's for sure

What we need isn't stun knuckles. What we need is a change in the armor system so that it isn't so overpowered(each armor has one good protection capped at around 75%, a few moderates, and several weaknesses so that *all* armors are important and useful, you just change based on the situation just like weapons).

And what do you mean Tk's have good Defenses? Do you mean the +10 defense against dizzy? or the +20 defense against knockdown? When need stun damage IMO, if you want to be a little sissy and flame instead of rebutt like a mature person would then more power to ya.

Will heat damage be any better then kinetic? Most armor has high resists to heat and Kinetic? So please explain how heat would be better

TKAs might be low on all of the defense vs. states, but still great on defense.


62 melee defense (3x that of swordsman, 2x that of pikemen) / 45 ranged defense (3x that of swordsmen, 1.5x that of pikemen) / 57 toughness (more than 2x that of pikemen)


Same D vs blind as swordsmen, Same D vs KD as pikemen, More D vs posture change than swordsmen, More D vs stun than fencer (but still just 5), more Combat Equilibrium than anyone, lowest D vs dizzy.


Coupled with all the extras and the great offensive and defensive power, dps, etc. I'd say some low state defenses are fair and justified.

I believe that new knucklers will do a bit more damage overall than old ones. Composite does have high resists against heat so this really isn't much of an improvement. However, considering that they require aNS vibromotor, 95% of TKAs will never own one so who cares.

We need stun damage eye lasers that shoot for 3k dmg.

ok firstly let me say that i'm not advocating for stun knucklers specifically, but it cracks me up when you all say "the razor knucklers are coming" omg, yeah right. please.



if more than 5 tk's on your server wind up with razor knucklers after what, the first 3months, i will be ASTOUNDED. for one, the pikeman want those vibro units TWICE as bad as we do. for two, you get one shot a day at even maybe getting a drop, maybe. i would guess that the number of ns vibro units sucessfully looted is somewhere around 1 per server per week. and pikemen need two, remember?

do we need to be able to do multiple damage types? YES.



EVERY SINGLE OTHER COMBAT PROFESSION GETS MULTIPLE DAMAGE TYPES, both the profs that are weaker than us and the profs that are stronger than us.

Our limited damage types are what has kept us unique, more strategic to play, and frankly, its the only thing that has kept us from being nerfed up to this point. In fact, I wish they'd get rid of TKA weapons all together.
