Thread: Dojo Idea thing

as many people started asking and thinking about dojo for TKA, i say all melee prof should get like either a droppable or architect made dojo training area. Here would some types of things u could do in it


-Practice PvP, without so the 3 incaps in 10 min rule. So you can get incap as many times as u want

-Have the ability to set the amount of HAM you and your oppenet have when practicing PvP

-Be able to have like differnt types of mod spawns come at you (no xp) so you just have some fun killing things or try out new combos without looking for some strong Mobs to kill.

-Could have something like this for marksmen (shooting range anyone?)


i just thought itd b a cool thing to have something like this put in the game forall combat profs to use.

That, would be the greatest thing ever. Im working on dropping a med center in my city and crating a dojo (best one room buliding I could find to do it) and putting a TK/brawler trainer inside, decorating it up.. maybe hiring a few CH's to have training pets in there for people..

I had the same thoughts a while back, dojo and shooting range, so cool.

Ya that sounds really cool, another cool feature might be that you could turn your buffs 'off' so they dont help you while you are dueling, but once you leave the dojo they come back on preferably without losing the time you were in the dojo just a thought (its because i like to duel un-buffedand un-armored)

gee I was just plannin on turning my medium house(Naboo style)


use that big room on the first floor(for now)


But yes a TKA dojo would be awesome

i just bought a large Generic House Type 1 for my Dojo. I still need to decorate it, with plants, candles, and other stuff, but once it's done, i'm going to post the Coordinates of my Dojo on Lowca here in the TKA forums for anyone who wants to stop by and visit, or maybe get some decorating ideas. i just wish i was able to buy and place those large outside parks so that i could have some serene gardens around it. At least i was able to place it on a little peninsula along a lake on naboo, so it's got the lake on 3 sides of it.


by the way, anyone have any decorating ideas, as far as what type of furniture i should get to put in it, or other things that might look good in it. i've already gotten one of each available painting as well as a good bit of plants. still waiting to hear back from an Architect about ordering candles and torches in bulk. i've also got several polearms as well as swords and daggars to hang on the walls, as this is a dojo for anyone, not just for TKAs.

I hope the devsdecide 2 implment this into the game i want one of those kinda samurai bamboo kinda style things with nice wooden floors etc


i just want 2 practive PvP alot without doing it 3 times in 10 min cause i really suck at it i just want lots of time to have fun and pratice PvP
