Bleeding: Novice TKA


Poison: Meditate 1


Disease: Meditate 2


Wounds: Meditate 4


Also, all meditate 3 gets you is faster healing of everything but wounds.


Finally, you gain Power Boost(self buffing) at meditate 2 and Force of Will(one chance per hour at instant incap recovery) at meditate 4.
