this will be alot fun once patch 9 comes we can actully have a force sensitive tka like its shown in the tka books

new to me.
i thought Teras Kasi were just dark jedi assasins.
i would love to read where it states teras kasi are force sensitive (this isnt a sarcastic remarkl, i really would love to read this! )

Heh, i hadn;t read about TK's being either dark jedi assasins or FS, in Shoadows of the Empier, two twins are mentioned to be TK's
hireable assains but that all ive been able to find out about TK's.

I wasn't aware of any TKA books. The only real mentions of Teras Kasi I've seen are the Playstation game Masters of Teras Kasi, the novel Shadows of the Empire, and a small blurb about a Jedi that was also a TK pracitioner. I've also heard Darth Maul's books mention that he was also trained in the art, but I haven't read them.
The information about Teras Kasi is very scarce. Most of what you read here I've never seen before. As far as I know, Teras Kasi is merely the Star Wars version of kung fu. It is thought, though, that practitioners of Teras Kasi are able to master their inner chi energy, and since the Force is an "energy field" that binds the universe together, it is thought that this is a type of force sensitivity focused inward rather than outward like a Jedi.

Though I wonder how this new force sensitive is actually going to effect the professions. Just curious as no real info has been released on it does work out. Will we have better regen? faster? or better defense. New moves maybe, meh IM rambling

There are no TKA books. Again, ignorance rearing its ugly head.
One of these days I will write some story on the Web about TKAs being ninja fishermen, and then thousands of people can repost my BS and try to get us laser fishing poles.
Regardless, it's cool that Force Sensitivity will be available to non-Jedi now.

Yes Teras Kasi is the Star Wars version OF Kung FU
at least thats what I get from what I've read on it
TKA are mentioned(theres just either not much info or no books that it is the main topic in)
Shadows of the Empire: Like someone already said the Pike sisters.
Darth Maul shadow hunter(mentions how its moves are based off of hunting patterns of creatures thoughout the galaxy)
and thats all I've read so far so who knows what else is out there

Yeah, Maul practises Teras Kasi; this is shown in shadow hunter, and even very slightly in the films (Ray park demonstrates very wushu-flavoured moves, such as the butterfly kick, butterfly twist, no handed kip up, sidekicks, and basically all the fancy twirling and spinning of the staff is also wushu technique).
