I was wondering aboutthe +Dodge skill mods in the Pistol TacticstierunderPistoleer.

First: does it even work? I've read a lot aboutPistoleer "broken" skills and such.

Second: if it does work, is it only when you are armed with a pistol, orcan you dodgeusing unarmed combat as well?
