Just wondering if its a waste of time to meditate at only the novice skill.

any help would be appreciated.

I find it goes faster. I took up medic the other day, and I sit between heals, and it seems to go just as fast. I dont want meditate for the health damage, i dont mind sitting around, gives me time to make some meds, I'm looking forward to being able to heal my wounds without meds.

You heal damage just as fast sitting as you do as a Master TKA using meditate.
