Unless there are skill mods you get (which I cant tell because the server is down..what a surprise) then the description is wrong most likely.

Under the pop up text describing Meditate, it states Mediate improves the TK's chances to hit with unarmed attacks. There are no visibile accuracy increases, is there something hidden or is the description wrong?
