I am **edit** of it. Am I talking abour SOE and their nerfs? No. I'm talking about all of you bickering at eachother about stuff that really doesn't matter. If you cancelled your account, leave us alone, we don't care. Leave us alone so the rest of us who have patience can have constructive postings with out you people mentioning in everyone of your godamned posts that "This is why I cancelled my account" Good for you. You cancelled it. Move along, nothing to see here. Go back to power-leveling your EQ guy. I may be the only one who feels this way, but the idea of being able to kill everything that breathes and craps is not appealing. I like the idea that there are things out there that can kill me. I like the idea, and excitment, of getting a group together and killing these things that could eat me alive alone. I may be the only that has some faith in the devs, and that they might actually know what they are doing and have a vision for this game that we can not see because we are all to busy knocking everything down instead of smelling the roses. A lot of you are blaming SOE. Hey, you guys get together, make a better, perfect game, and i'll play it, i promise you. Untill the either cancel you account and leave already, or patiently wait to see how this all balances out in the end

The 'truth' you imply by this statement alone is absurd.

Yep, there sure are things out there that can kill you. But, again, there always were.

Oh, right--a group. You mean, one of those things that many TKA's are finding hard to join unless we are also Master Medics/Doctors (So we can heal ourselves, of course.) ? One of those groups that has limited use for you now, as your KD will be staggered (by timer), be ineffective anyway (most of the time), and you will undoubtedly die much much more, because--guess what--the mobs still hit for the same 600+ damage they always did.... the 'hate' aggro is STILL totally directed to YOU, Mr. TKA ... and, best of all, you have no defense except running away, getting Pistol Whip, or hoping that you have a better doctor in the group with you.

I'll say it again: unless you have actually played the TKA profession at the high-end of the game, you have nothing of value worth listening to.

internet 'debate' rule number one: when you dont have anything to say, but you still want to hear yourself type, pick on people's english/grammar skill, because it really matters.

Of course you're going to return to the game, and leave the boards. You didn't have anything to contribute anyway, did you? All you wanted to do was start a 'flame war' because you needed the attention.

By all means stay, evolvedform. You can start by responding to the TKA group dynamics I outlined above.

You think the 'whiners' and 'complainers' should shut up ... hey, that's great. Not really effective, of course... at least, as a means of articulating a point you're trying to get across.

But, hey, who am I to judge.

i never said anything about whiners or complainers. my beef is with the people who cancel their accounts, and continue to post negative things about the game here. it's like i say, "If you didn't vote, shut up". I never said TKA was a good profession right now. it isn't. i just said im still having fun, and if the timer things comes in, i'll be hard pressed not to switch professions. until then, im optimistic, hopeless maybe, but im having fun.

Well, I would argue that your initial post contains some understated dislike of anyone who has complained, regardless of whether they've threatened to cancel their account or not. Implying that people are powergamers, that SOE may have a true 'vision', that TKA's had no challenge, etc. are all subtle statements against anyone who has a current gripe with the game. If all you really careed about were people who are posting here,telling us they're leaving, you could have said so in sentence or two--not anentire paragraph-rant.

But, hey ... whatever floats your boat.

I'm with you on this one man. I would much rather read the forums in peace and quiet instead of people going off on how they quit the game because it is BS. I don't mind when they create their own topic for it but when you do it in the middle of a important thread it bugs me also.

Realism is what MMORPG's are all about. What would the point be if everyone could run around and solo everything they want. The thing that differs from MMORGP's and other RPG's are MM's pretty much demand that you build relationships with other players so you can thrive at the game. So when they make it so us Unarmed are more effective in a group and almost require a group to fight harder ishpeople start to complain. I know we used to be able to solo uber tuff things and we once had the taste of power but lost it but we must cope and move on to bigger and better things.

This game is still in it's infancy and I think that it's gonna be a rough few months ahead of us. Nerfs galore are going to occur but only to make sure things stay "fair". I trust the dev's will do all they can to make this game as good and real as possible.

So anyways back to my original point if your going to flame only do it if you think your point is for the betterment of the Starwars Commuinty. So please don't keep turning useful threads into endless spam fests. Some of us still enjoy and care for the game so go take your complaints else where.
