Hello,

Having recently achieved Novice TK, I am curious about a few things I've been unable to find information about:

What does Meditate do exactly? How does it improve as you go through the Meditation branch?

Secondly, I'd like some suggestions on what to hunt/do for unarmed xp. I know of things I can do, but I want to hear what others have doneso I can try a variety of things.

At novice I believe meditate just heals bleed. Level 1 or 2 heals poison and level 3 disease. The speed of how long it takes also depends on your level. Meditate 4 is where it gets really good since you can meditate away just about any poison, disease or bleed and also heal wounds. At TKM you can heal wounds very quickly and since reaching it, I have yet to visit a med center.
