Hello,
I have recently mastered tka (as well as being master doc). Unfortunately although ive been playing a while im still pretty much a newb when it comes to high level hunting. Previously i only really grinded the professions i have done then moved on however i like tk and was wanting to stick with it, explore it and indeed the areas of swg i havent been able to previously.
Obviously they are a good combat class and with buff/brandy/comp armour will be quite tough however i dont want to bite off more than i can chew as they say so really was hoping for some advice on where to hunt, what to hunt. ie how do tk do against rancors, nightsisters etc. , what dungeons/caves bases are there to hunt? Best planets to hunt, Where can i find some good loot drops (ive never had a good loot drop ever 8) )
As im not into pvp the closest i like to get involved is kicking in stormtroopers in some of the cities. Im going to explore the pve aspect alot more. I know many will say the genosian dungeon but im going to stay away from there for a little while as it is always camped and i have noticed that unfortunately when in these areas the desire for loot drops often overtakes their manners and brings out the worst n people.
So in a nutshell where and what can i hunt for the most fun, best chance of obtaining some nice drops and not dying .
Thanks for any advice.

I'm no tkm, only tka 0111 and last night a mate and i were taking on bull rancor missions in dathhomir absolutely no problems, i had 70% kinetic ubese on and buffs, those rancs couldn't even touch me. We even took out a nightsister stalker that tried to interfere easily (may not seem a lot to some people but have only been playing 3 weeks, so it's a big thing to me). If you want major cash then join a group so you can pick 36k enraged ranc missions and kill away, a tkm can do this easily and considering you're a master doc you should find it even easier. For some fun try checking out the tusken bunker, but watch out for those observers, deadly. And good luck with your new skills.

p.s. when i mentioned the enraged rancor missions i was of course referring to you soloing them.

With decent buffs, its all fair game. A few spots to bring a buddy to are the geno cave, and weapon center on naboo. Never leave home without MG and VB, and have fun. After i got master Tk, i capped out on combat and unarmed xp in 6 hours.

In general, be cautious if you're soloing against anything with medium armor.

if you're buffed, there isn't much you can't take out. As a master i can take out an enraged rancor lair in less than 5 minutes, and that's cause i don't use specials on the actual lair, i just use regular hits.
Of course, once you go up against something with Medium armor, you're screwed

Well at 4/3/2/3 I took on a CL55 Mantigrue Reaper and came out the other side with a narrow victory. That was without any buffs and just powerboost too. So I'd say a master could do the same with more success.

So far the only time I've ever had any trouble was when fighting mobs with 100% Kinetic resist. Like NightSister Elder and Singing Mountain Clan Councilwoman. But if you're with a group you can tank for them pretty easy. Just spam /center /intimidate /KD2 and let the group take 'em down.
the only other time it got hairy was when I went to Dathomir and had more than 5 high level mobs all jump on me. Fighting 5 Enraged Rancors took some tactics.

I've been running around so full of myself since mastering it was about time I got taken down a notch.
Rancors just keep them coming, caves just a little stroll, fort I owned it.
Walked into the nightsister stronghold and cloned out real quick. Made pretty deep but there be some bad stuff in there

if you want something easy to solo, Tusken Fort
Something challenging, either of the Nightsister places, though it's impossible to solo with TKM alone.. i've tried
p
Something interesting, Geo cave... strategically making them attack each other is interesting, and not all of them have insane HAM's
That's all I can think of at the moment... I would suggest Tusken, since they are SOMEWHAT a challenge once the extra xp boost thing happens, and their isn'ta nybody else their (they spawn madd fast), but if you drop doctour for any other melee, like pike or swordsmen, I would say to go to the Nightsister PoI's... those 2 profs hit hard on Nightsisters. Fencer, is kinda iffish on going to the NS place, or Geo cave for that matter, but I guess that's how skilled you are... personally, Geo cave is pretty fun

With buffs only thing u can't solo is stuff with 100% kinetic resists.
I've been soloing NS Protectors (60k ham)
Took on 4 enraged rancors at once yester (hurt but easily do-able)
Goto tusken fort for fun (and to annoy commandos by out dmaging them
)

Been MTK for 2 days now so yesterday went to try out some high lvl mobs.
Enraged Rancors - Easy
Kryat Juvenille - Challenge but doable.
Tuskens - Easy
Not tried the Geo Cave may go there today.
I am a Master Doc as well.
