Just wondering IF people see a damage difference from using / not using knucklers at or after Power 4. Speed still seems to be 1 second. Also kinda noted from testing, do you still take Ham Damage when going Bare Hands?

its less ham without a vk, but at power 4 you trade in your speed sliced vk for a damage sliced vk.

I use my VKs on anything with armor, and normally unequip them for unarmored opponents unless they have high kinetic resists.

Yes, you still have HAM costs unarmed, but not nearly as high as with VKs.

So @ power 4, your speed is?

I could finally use my 223 max damage VK

I used my VKs till master(although changed VKs at power IV). Now, I usually don't use them unless I'm buffed or really need the AP1.

I still use em at master, at least whenever I'm buffed and brandy'd (which is all the time really, I don't fight anything without buffs and brandy).

I mean... even if you're fighting something AR0 and you don't need the ap1 then you still get a damage bonus from the vk's right? They still add to your base damage right?

That's how I understand it works anyways , so I'll continue to use my vk's.

I'm still using them at power 4. I checked awhile ago to see which was better. I was only doing around 900 damage per hit with unarmed hit 2 against a tusken chief without them. Goes up to 1300 with. I'm using at 140 damage, 1.8 speed vk. I'd probably switch to a higher damage vk though if I could find one in my price range.

i still use my knuck...1 for pve with around 200 damage and one for pvp with 245 damage

Sure do. I got a special knuckler made, all experimented into HAM, it's like 19-82 damage with 19 mind cost, but the light armor and bonus damage really make a noticable difference.
