Howdy,


Ok, I've been Master Rifleman for quite sometime now. Last month sometime I mastered TK and started working on fencer for the defensive mods.


So now I have TKM / Master Rifle and working on fencer. But I really enjoy Fencer now.


How much of a difference does Ranged mitigation 3 make over 2. I'm thinking about goint master tk / master fencer with 4044 pistol. Any suggestions ?
