when medatating i find my char ends up siting instead of medataing Postion , is anyone else finding this happen again

What happens to me:

I sit down, then immediately I am meditating. I think there is a time limit, that if you are meditating, a memory lag comes in and makes you sit, or the timer runs out and you stand.

Well is it just me or did we get a nerf? I can no longer heal my Health, only mind and action.

OK.. took some damage and then it let me heal all my heal.
