The fight I remember the most was a duel with a guildmate.

I was TKM/mBrawler/mSword. He was TKM/mRifle.
First we intimidate each others. Then I get KDd first ( :/ ). He dizzys me and runs about 30m away, switches to rifle and starts hitting me for 150-250 mind damage. I finaly get up after an equali and catches him. He gets KDd and dizzyd. I use UH3 to bleed and blind him, intimidates again, stuns, then use headhit. And he's down for 30 secs. He gets up (still with full mindbar) and I lunge1 him, it sticks, he's still dizzy, he goes down again. Starts headhitting again.

Well after this there were no more real action. I keep getting him down with post down/KD/dizzy and the most Im able to get his mind down was about 300, so he had 1200 mind left. At this point we had been fighting for 15mins (or should I say I had been attacking him for 15mins) and I saw no point in waiting for his buffs to run out so I canseled the fight.

The fight sucked big time but we had a big laf after it.

Btw, I was using a VK with 50-210dmg and I had forgotten my mindpoison lance in a house.

Naritus has a player bounty association settup (Clicky)

Its entirely voluntary, with a set of rules, you register to join. Anyone in the system can place a bounty on anyone else, cept for a certain grace period between bounty-deaths. Only registered Hunters (100k deposit, atleast novice BH) can hunt marks, and they cant just /tell their mark and ask where they are.

Anyways, I was a novice BH/TKM

TIG is one of the largest Imperial guilds on Naritus. They have a city on Corellia called New Haven. One of the marks was in TIG, I figured he may be there, so I shuttle.


I walk into the broken saber cantina, ready to challenge my mark, 212 max damage VKs in hand, fully buffed, and armored.

I dont think he was buffed, but he was in the cantina. As hes walking out I challenge him to the duel, with the announcement saying it from the Bounty Hunters Guild.
Hey says "Fine, but My friend here gets to help me"
His friend was a Jedi Initiate, and 2v1 duels were against the rules of the Bounty Hunter System, only pets.

He says "fine then, I wont duel" which is basically as good as saying "I broke a rule, I quit the guild"

People have bad days, he had had one, as was apparent in the other part of the conversation we had. The bounty was only worth 25k, so I wasn't too distraught. As I walk aroudn the cantina to the Shuttleport, The Jedi Initiate challenges me to a no Deathblow duel.

I was honestly somewhat scared.

I made sure I was ready, had brandy and Ahrisa in stomach, powerboosted, 212VK, took off all my armor, turned off my PSG, and put on my official Teras Kasi Order of Naritus uniform.

And I hit duel.

I was able to land a few KDs, but not lucky enough to get a dizzy in as well, the fight was back in forth, and I was using headhit1, as his mind was his lowest pool. He'd get to low mind, heal it, KD me, do a ton of damage, I'd get up, and let it regenerate while hitting him.

Then I noticed, hes healing only 1 bar at a time.

I went out on a limb, and started using UH3. Intimidate, Stun, KD, Dizzy, UH3. The latter stacking on blinds and bleeds. And he was going down. His health and action bars were dropping simutaniously. He would heal one, and the other would go lower. Then a guildmate of his comes up, and start stimming him. At one point he also stimmed me on accident. I was winning still however, when the Initiate told the healer to stop, and the medic did.

We fought for about 30-40 seconds more before the intiate finally fell, and I was at about half health.

At the point of this duel, I had only the melee defense from Novice BH, and TKM, thats about it, no +125 melee defense from me.

It gets better.

On my way out of the city, I realized the Mark from the Bounty had city banned me. So I send a few tells asking to be unbanned so I can leave, and while I do, someone walks up, a familliar name.

I alttab and check the bounties list, this guy had a 100k bounty on his head! I quickly armor up, PSG, and send the challenge message as hes running away.

It was a difficult fight, he almost had me dead till I popped a muon. I had to use lunge quite a few times, and was barely able to catch him, after what seemed like a horrible stress-inducing experience, I mind-incapped the BH/Pistoleer who was using a Sonic Blaster and Eyeshot.


Not a bad day at all...

my first krayt dragon fight. i'm a master teras kasi/swordsman medic 2-0-4-0, i managed to keep him knocked down and intimidated for most of the fight which saved my ass. fight lasted a while though, he incapped me once but i was lucky and managed to hit my force of will button before he db'd me . i finally managed to kill him. didnt get any loot but the fight was a very memorable experiance.
