I want tka to be mymain means of attack. what other professions would aid tka but not make tka worthless?
i was thinking:
Tkm, Combat Medic 4-4-0-4 (all but crafting)
or
Tkm, Master doctor.
but what else is there?

Well, first off the only profession in the whole game that really enhances TKM is Master Brawler. In fact, you're not even a "real" Teras Kasi Master without it, because you lack some important unarmed bonuses and abilities without it.
You can also take professions that give defensive bonuses that stack. That would be the best way to fill it out.
Combat Medic and Doctor compliment TKM, but they don't enhance it. Many professions will compliment it. Smuggler, for feign death, scout and/or ranger for terrain negotiation and stealth, any ranged profession to round out your offensive abilities.
