Thread: tkm or swordsman

hello fellow tk's


well i have had my fun with tkm but i need a change.

i was thinking of dropping tkm and just keeping 4000 for the meditate tree and go for master swordsman.


would i lose alot of def??

i hear swordman does major dmg specially some good specials against the mind pool.



my other prof is master smuggler.


plz any help will come most handy.


im mostly PVE on rare ocasions i go overt and hunt some reb's heheh

thnkx for the advice,hum iis it possible to go for master swordsman and get some fencer dodge???

will they stick?


ive heard swordman do more dmg then fencer,so i dotn wanna relly on fencer if it doesnt do much dmg

Yes you can take some fencer and get their defences as well... only their dodge wont stack since its a one-handed weapon skill....it only works with pistols and one-handed weapons.... as swordsman you will get counter-attack instead of dodge.... swordsman does alot of damage sure...but why not take both TKA and swordsman?


swordsman hit harder but slower than TKA....i can understand why you want to do it though...iam also in the process i just wont let go of TKA

thnkx for the answer man,well the thing is that im also master smuggler,even thou its a broken prof except for the slicing and the fp and the fd special well id like to keep it,lol i spent too many mill trying to get high rang,6k's more im fp and im colonel.

the templat im thinking of is:


tk 4000

master swordsman

master smuggler

and i still have 32 skill points left so i dnt know what to do with them.


any tip are welcome as what should i use those 32 skill point in

TKM/Master swordsman is good too.




Ytar / Del'ta / Onego / Avok

You want at least Pharm 4 from medic so you can use stim Es to heal yourself. Some force sensitve Melee speed wouldn't hurt either when swinging that power hammer

Swordsman is great, am a battlemaster right now as well, altho i did find it hard adapting to the speed, after mastering sword techniques it gets better...still imoTKA>all
