Pistols/Smuggler for getting cool attacks and be able to slice. - Utility
Rifleman for killing the things you couldnt kill as a TKM. Or swords, or pike.

Pistoleer and smuggler sound good with TKM. I've done that myself and I think it works great.

Smuggler and Pistoleer go very well with TKA. I know quite a few TKM/MPistoleer/MSmugglers... The best part is not having to track down a Smuggler to slice your new weapons and armor

I'm kinda partial to Creature Handler, but I picked up TKM to go along with CH not the other way around. If you are more into PVE then PVP then MCH/TKM is a good path to take IMHO.

I love my TKM/Doc setup, this makes me far more valuable in PvP, and PvE encounters, as the other doctors in our guild don't have any combat professions

TKM / Doc is a good way to go.
Buffs + Powerboost + Brandy = 4k health and action with 2500 mind.
But then again I enjoy PvP, so it is up to you.
