im a master tk and i was know tkms are capped on speed so speed attachemnt dont do anything but how much unarmed accuracy can u get that will work when your a tkm and how much undarmed damage will work on an attachment when ur tkm (for example would +14 accuaracy would u be capped?)

from everything i have read there is no cap on accuracy

don't know about damage

No cap on accuracy.

No cap on damage but it hasn't been proven whether or not damage tapes actually work.
