Thread: Did they nerf Force of Will???

The last two times I have tried to use my force of will I have gotten a stupid message about being lost or something... did they nerf it???
Please excuse my ignorance... I have been off in Beta land and haven't played my main toon in awhile...

Hmm... well since I mastered TK about 6 months or so ago I have never once got that message... now all the sudden I have gotten it like 3 times ina row...

Something is wrong with force of will... I performed it and went all black... I severely damaged myself by trying to save myself... If they modified TKM, I didn't see any listed in the updates...

Isnt FoW subject to some kind of dice roll? I have a faint memory that someone wrote something about this a long time ago. Wasnt it something like: (example, not based on actual numbers)
10 % risk of failing (i.e being lost into uncounsiousness)
say 20-30 % risk of succeding, but with wounds of varius degree.
and 60-70 % chance of succeding without any wounds at all.
Can anyone confirm this?

its something like that...but theres also a 2nd fail..were you can take wounds...and any wounds you recieve is the same as if you cloned..
and ive been tkm since later dec...and its gotten a lot more eratic...its closer to 30% of the time that you recover with no wounds...most of the time you recover with wounds...or fail..
*shrug* it could be just bad luck...but they couldve also tweaked it...

There has always been a chance for FoW to not work or to "harm" you when it does work. To my knowledge it has not been "nerfed."

Hmm I wonder if battle fatigue has anything to do with it, I haven't failed once yet, saved my hide last time from a Jedi.

Hmm...
Ok... well it was just odd because in the 6 months or so I have been a TKM I have never had it not work at all... sometimes I will get wounds... but I have never had it not work....

ive had i work perfectly, i stand up and all my HAM pools are full, partially work, i stand up but only about 1/4 HAM or less, it fails but with no wounds, or it fails and i get 300 wounds on everything and about 200 bf 
im not aware if they have nerfed it though, i havent noticed any difference
