Just wondering....which is better to raise exp in...faster and more effective for a guy at novice tka. Fort Tusken or Nalgatch cave?

fight mountain/giant worrts. if you group with a probot and just have it sit to the side you get 2065xp, for something that never attacks in groups, is easy to kill if you have knockdown, and with a lair about 20 of those spawn.

basically you can kill all 8 of the ones out without stopping cuz the only loss of ham is from using knockdown. got 350k xp in about a day.

where are those?

u can find those anywhere in tatooine. i have been hunting them. those and greater womp rats which give more xp but take just a tad longer to kill. watch out for the giant worts though, they attack you so if u are in the middle of killing a mountain wort, keep an eye on those easiergiant worts. they can cause some damage if u dont have time to kill them. just dont get to close.

The fort sucks. If you die from stupid people you have to run forever to get back. If you have a doctor that can revive you then go for it, but I cant stand running 10 minutes because someone was stupid and pulled 10 mobs.

The run to Fort Tusken is long, but when you get 50k for every 15 min run through the cave, I can't complain about that. At least that is how it was when I was working towards Master Pikeman many weeks ago, I don't know after the changes they have done to it.

I think he must be referring to the tuskan city camp. If you can get a group that can handle the fort you wont find much better exp in the game...thats a big if especially since they can shoot through walls. The City is crappy exp in my opinion. Too many people and too few mobs.

I've found the best exp is to find non agro, non social mobs on hard planets like Dathomir or yavin. Doing these solo or with a friend or two is fairly reliable and fast exp. If you are feeling adventurous, learn to single pull red mobs. This can be done if you just let one agro you without hitting it, then running out of agro range of the others before engaging. You will always get better exp/moblevel on a red but you run the chance of getting teleported to the closest clone center if a pull goes bad.
