If you have "Tera Kasi Master" What is the best move combo to use?

Erm, depends.
PvE: Unequip VK, KD2, Equip VK, count to 10, repeat.
PvP(3m): Equip VK, hit3, hit3.
PvP(6m): Unequip VK, KD2, hit3.
PvP(10m): Unequip VK, lunge, lunge, KD2, hit3
PvP(15m): See 10m.
PvP(15m+): Get ready to use force of will and pray it's not someone with long range DB
