Been visiting the other boards doing some research for this and that, and I find that they talk smack about us. Conflicting stories though. Some saying that they would totally own us in a duel, others saying that we are way to overpowered and that they all want our abilities in combat.

It was my understanding that TK's were to be the most awesome of all the brawler professions. So sorry if they are complaining. Butso help megod if they get us nerfed, or if they some of our abilities.I think that all the ones that say they would beat us in combat just havent done all their research. Talking about knocking us down. hehe, with the bonus' we get, we're not going down anytime soon. Thensaying "all we need is one of our hits for 1800+." umm, we can do that too, in fact I've heard of us hitting harder.

I dont know, I am just tired of other professions takingsmack for fear of us getting us nerfed. As I said, it was my understand that we were supposed to be the hands down best Brawler.

Your Thoughts?

Aside from our Meditate line, how are we any better than the other professions? Fear our l33t d0wntime reduction in PvP!!11#$

I thinka little smack talking is to be expected. TKAs are the most popular line of brawlers, and the most immersed in the SWG universe. There are always going to be people who feel superior/inferior for choosing another path. From what I've seen the classes seem to be pretty well balanced. Polearm might use a bit more accuracy though.

seriously though no one should have a constant advantage.

its not fair for it to be unfair.(thats true ya know).

The problem i think is everyone underestemates speed.

and don't even out the other skills to account for it.

In brawler and marksman the two best classes by far are the fastest ones.

why?Becouse they also have best accuracy and best speed.

Solution. Nerf their damage. But no body likes to nerf things. Or even hear mention of the word. so they will go on hitting for half the damage

at 3-4 times the speed and many times the accuracy.

I think most are jealous of our PvE abilities, because any half wit would realize that all melee are inferious to any ranged in PvP. The sad truth is that there are just a lot of stupid people out there who play this game. Hell, I'm probably one of them, but I don't rant about things I know jack about (i.e. other professions).

Good point... so that means if they gave us an ability to compete in ranged PvP wouldnt that make the ultimate class ever? and that means one thing... BAD idea. Fine give the ranged users the best PvP abilities, and let us keep the best PvE (us being all brawlers). Otherwise the only reason to be any profession is your love of the profession. I think when groups are forming people should be like "Ok, we have enough marksmen, now lets get some brawlers. Oh wait, we have a Creature Handler... nevermind." Ok, thats not quite what they should be saying. I just think that there should be a viable reason to bring alittle bit of every profession into a group.
