Hey, how does meditate at the novice level compare to simply sitting as far as regen goes? Are there any benefits at novice level (ie: bleed reduction, wound healing, etc)?

All help is kindly appreciated.

I think you get minor bleed reduction at Novice TKA. There is zero regeneration bonus throughout the entire meditation line. You will heal as quickly while sitting.

No regeneration boosts, at any level that I know of, but even at novice it stops bleeding in about 15-20 seconds.

I'm novice TKA and was hit with a bleed special from a swords man. Iwas incapacitedthree times while meditating to stop the bleeding. It read, bleeding has reduced or something to that effect about a 100 times while meditating but to no avail.

Novice med heals bleeding

Intermediate, advanced and expert med heal bleeding, poison and disease with increasing speed and effectiveness

Master med heals wounds plus all the above

TKA master further accelerates all meditative healing.

There is never any bonus to HAM regen.

What about differences at each level of Meditation? What is the incentive to take one more level of Meditate over another skill box (besides being one more box closer to Master TKA :smileytongue?
