There is a minimum of 1 second pause between attacks. I noticed I hit that cap in TKA once I got my second box of speed. I go to my weapon smith and requested a low speed high damage pair of VKs. I get a reply that when you put exprimenting points into VKs speed and damage are the same spot to put exprimentation points. So basically some of our speed goes to waste. All it does it hinder us in the fact that other professions can bitch and complain about how "fast" we are unless you wanted a low damage pair with good HAM costs. Are the developers aware of this?

Since our profession has a permant armor penatration of none I would like to see our speed be used for something. In Pvp

Since our profession has a permant armor penatration of none I would like to see our speed be used for something. In PvP armor is our enemy. It results in a MINIMUM of half damage (assuming it isn't a crappy armor vunrable to kinetic damage). Also agaisnt a creature with an armor rating high we do 1/8th damage. Just would like the VKs damage to be increased and the VKs speed made WORSE. That way becoming a master TKA means something in the speed department.
